1. Select a booth number based on the area required by the exhibitor, fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and scan or email it to the organizer;
2. For first-time exhibitors, please provide the organizer with a company profile and a copy of the business license;
3. After review, the handling unit will confirm the applicant in writing.
4. Within 2 working days after receiving confirmation from the organizing committee to sign the contract, the enterprise shall remit the exhibition fee to the organizing committee via bank transfer. After the payment is received, the organizing committee will issue an invoice and provide it to the participating companies;
